They are exempt from the visa formality (Royal Decree of 4 January 1849).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The decree of 06 September 1814 (Official Gazette III no. 26) exempts the payment of registration fees for a deed.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">This certificate must be supported by a declaration from the tax collector stating that these persons do not pay any direct contributions, or that their taxation does not exceed 10 fr.
