NOTARY
\nThe law of 5 July 1963 authorises notaries to deposit with the Archives the minutes of their predecessors, which they hold by virtue of the law of 25 vent\u00f4se an XI, when these minutes are at least one hundred years old.
\nBy way of exception, some notaries were authorised, prior to the 1963 Act, to file more recent minutes.
